Dear Sue,
I got the "Buff Brides" book yesterday and can't wait to get started! Today, I promise! However, I have a question. My fiancee proposed March 2, and the wedding is set for August 4...that gives me four and a half months to get Buff! I read over the book last night, and saw that you have two programs - one for six months and one for three. So should I go for the 6-month program and not complete it before the wedding, or should I wait and just do the 3-month program?
Thanks for writing the book. I’m looking forward to getting started and feeling my best on August 4!
Sincerely,
Julie N

Hi Julie, thanks for writing and congratulations on your upcoming wedding! This is an exciting time in your life. Enjoy it!
I would recommend starting the 6-month BUFF Brides program. If you are new to an exercise regimen, start with both the cardio and strength training recommendations for beginners. If you have exercised before, bump up the weight on the strength training program and the number of sets. Once the 3-month mark before your wedding arrives, add an additional day to your program.
You can either continue on with the 6-month program or start the 3-month recommendations. Do not wait until your 3-month mark to get started; start today! The more time you give yourself, the better results you will see.
Good luck and please keep up posted on your success!
Sue
