--------------------------------Targets: Shoulders and Obliques

--------------------------------- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and grasp a light dumbbell in both hands, holding it
-------------------------------- outside and above your right shoulder.  Flex your knees slightly and pull in your abs. 

---------------------------------- Keeping your elbows bent slightly, pull the dumbbell diagonally across your body until it’s
-------------------------------- beside your left hip.  Reverse direction, return to the start.

---------------------------------- Repeat for 10 reps, and then switch sides.  Do 3 sets of 10 reps.
