--------------------------Targets: Adductors, Quads and Butt

--------------------------------- Take a wide stance-twice the width of your shoulders- and point your toes slightly out. 
--------------------------------- Pick up a heavier dumbbell with both hands and extend your arms down so the dumbbell
--------------------------------- is pointing toward the floor between your legs.

--------------------------------- Pull your shoulder blades back and keep your back straight.  Bend your knees and lower
--------------------------------- your body until your thighs are parallel to the floor.  Try to keep your knees over your toes
--------------------------------- as you lower your body.

--------------------------------- Do 3 sets of 12 reps.
